Nu-Harvest is owned by Andrew and Karen Woodford, who believe that the key to eating and living well is to grow your food in mineral rich soils that are clean of harmful agricultural chemicals.
You may not be aware that most fruit and vegies you buy in supermarkets (and even from some organic suppliers) are grown in soils that are deficient in vital minerals – this means that you may not be getting the level of nutrition that you need to maintain good health.
Andrew, an agronomist for more than 15 years, is passionate about correcting this problem by enriching the soil with minerals such as manganese to calm the body, boron to build muscle and zinc for a whole range of health benefits.
Nu-Harvest grows its produce on organic guidelines and is in the process of becoming ‘Organic Certified’. We apply trace minerals at a rate of fifty to one hundred times more than other ‘conventional’ or ‘organic’ farmers. What we can’t grow ourselves, we obtain locally whenever possible from organic growers, so that you receive a wide variety of quality produce each week, regardless of the season.

How to order your Nu-Harvest produce
Order online by 8 pm each Tuesday and we’ll deliver your order on
Thursday or Friday, depending on where you live on the Sunshine Coast.
You can also pick up your order from the Nambour farm between
1pm and 5pm on Thursdays.
